On Radio Times with Marty Moss-Coane, Solomon joined a panel of guests that included Camden County Police Chief J. Scott Thomson and Dwayne Royster, founding pastor of Living Water United Church of Christ and the executive director of P.O.W.E.R., an organization devoted to racial justice.
The discussion centered on the grand jury decisions not to indict in the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner, two unarmed black men who were killed by white police officers in Ferguson, Mo., and Staten Island, New York, respectively. The resulting protests and the current state of police-community relations in America and in our region.
